What we have to offer is greater than the ordinary bike. With your rental, you will receive a top-of-the-line 2012 Specialized Sirrus bike. Regular maintenance, included in your rental fee, is performed on each bike to ensure you lasting quality. All of the rentals will come with a U-lock (designed for top security!), lights, and a helmet. The best and arguably the most valuable thing we offer is answers and insight to any questions or concerns you might have about biking in the city. We know biking in Chicago can be intimidating, but we are here to make sure you get riding safely and on the best equipment possible!

  The bikes are currently being stored in the ChainLinks storage area. The area is covered so the bikes have not been exposed to rain or snow. For information on the components of the bicycles, please visit the page provided by Specialized here.
  
  These bikes are ideal for city navigation and every day commuting. There are no quick release parts to the bike and the wheels are locked on and can only be taken off with a key we will provide you with. The bikes weigh less and are easier to maneuver than a mountain bike, but provide a more comfortable sitting position than a road bike with dropped handlebars.
