Isabelle Abbott is an energetic, creative self starter with years experience in managing operations, communications and community outreach for nonprofits and community collaborations. Her interests include environmental sustainability, global relations, political activism and community service. During her time at Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, her work was focused on building partnerships with community food pantries and kitchens to provide organizational support and build sustainable and effective relationships with the food bank. Isabelle was also Director of Community Relations at Chainlinks for the Summer 2017 and lead initiatives such as ChainLinks partnering with Lollapalooza and other area organizations to widen their outreach. Throughout her career, Isabelle has lead and managed multiple organizations of various sizes and missions. Including being a Rachel Carson Scholar, which serves as an ambassador of the Institute of Environmental Sustainability to the administration and other departments here on Loyola’s campus and this fall will be a research fellow for the Center for Urban Research and Learning researching poverty law. As *whatever my position is*, Isabelle hopes to strengthen Loyola Limited’s commitment to community through various outreach initiatives, that are both impactful and long-term, in Rogers Park and the greater Chicagoland area.
